Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of any protective styling or chemical service appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without prior communication, will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the 30% service deposit will be forfeited. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may contact me directly at 231-360-3447. I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
